Change your mind and need to cancel? Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing the order. 

RETURNS:

No returns are accepted

EXCHANGES:

Non-customized items may be exchanged for item(s) of equal or lesser value. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and item must be shipped back within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DAMAGE/INJURIES:

Misty Cove Design Company is not responsible for any damage or injuries related to the art being handled incorrectly. Some pieces are sharp and contain real glass/rocks that could inflict injury if not handled properly.
